All image processing is performed locally on your device. You retain 100% full, exclusive ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to any images, graphics, or media you process with Tocompress. Tocompress does not claim, store, or license any rights to your content.

You agree not to use Tocompress in any manner that interferes with, disrupts, or places an unreasonable burden on our hosting infrastructure or attempts to bypass our client-side software architecture.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
