Summary: Tocompress processes 100% of your images locally in your browser using WebAssembly. Your files are never uploaded to any server, and no telemetry or personal data is collected.

1. Local In-Browser Processing

Tocompress relies entirely on client-side execution. When you select or drag an image into Tocompress, all image encoding, decoding, resizing, and format conversions are performed directly inside your device's web browser using WebAssembly (WASM) modules.

No images, files, or image metadata leave your computer or device at any time.

2. Zero Data Collection & Storage

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, IP addresses, browser statistics, or usage logs. We do not use cookies or tracking tags.

3. Zero Telemetry & Analytics

Tocompress contains zero third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel) and zero advertising trackers.

4. Offline Functionality

Tocompress is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA). Once loaded, the application functions 100% offline without requiring an active internet connection.
